THE PLAYER GUIDEONE GUESS. A BETTER CLUE.
GuessPlex brings football, One Piece, gaming, art, Greek cinema and classic movie knowledge into short browser challenges. Start with a name, compare the feedback and use what you learn to narrow down the next guess. No download is needed; you can play as a guest.
ONE PIECE
Choose Classic to find a character through trait comparisons, with 10 standard guesses. Each round starts with one clue: the arc of the character’s first appearance. Before you begin, choose anime or manga and enter the last episode or chapter you have reached. This limits the eligible character pool.
Use confirmed traits together. One matching characteristic rarely identifies the answer by itself. If the next guess breaks a confirmed match, it may spend an attempt without reducing the remaining possibilities.
“Who said it?” uses short character quotes, with 5 guesses per round. Identify the speaker, then check the episode or chapter reference after the answer is revealed. English and Greek wording is adapted for the game and may differ from a subtitle or published translation.
The progress setting reduces exposure to later characters and scenes; it cannot guarantee that every visible detail is spoiler-free. Keep your limit at your actual progress and avoid opening answer references until you are ready.
GAMING
Classic gives you 6 guesses. Each round starts with one clue: the game genre. Compare gender, franchise, game genre, debut year and original release platforms. The year is the character’s video-game debut, not the release year of the latest sequel.
Suppose the genre matches but the franchise does not: keep the genre as a clue and try a character from another series. Combine it with the debut year and platform feedback before making the next selection.
Quotes gives you 5 guesses to identify the speaker of one of the available lines. Read the voice and context of the line rather than relying only on familiar words. The reveal names the character, the game and a reference so you can check the attribution.
Classic and Quotes keep separate rounds. Gaming wins award points to your account when you are logged in. You can move between the two modes without treating a quote guess as a Classic attempt.
GREEK CINEMA & TV
Choose Movies or Series, then a group: black-and-white or colour films, older or newer series, or all of them mixed. Listen to a 7-second scene excerpt and type the Greek title. You have 6 guesses and no timer.
Each wrong guess opens a new hint: two supporting actors, a ten-year range, the two leads, a short synopsis and the number of words in the title. Accents, capitals and punctuation do not affect the check. You can also open the written clue at any time.
Wins award points to the Greek Cinema & TV ranking and to the overall ranking when you are logged in.
CINEMATIX
Choose Movies or Series, then Top 150 or Expert. Listen to a 7-second scene excerpt or read the visible clue. Both modes give you 6 guesses and no timer.
Hints open after each wrong guess, in the same order as in Greek Cinema & TV: supporting actors, a ten-year range, lead actors, synopsis and title word count. The excerpt never says the title.
Wins award points to the Cinematix ranking and to the overall ranking when you are logged in.
GUESS THE PAINTER
Find the painter in 6 guesses, using a real painting. Each wrong answer reveals more of the image and a clue.
GUESS THE CAR
Listen to the engine and identify the car in 5 guesses. Each wrong answer opens another clue: price, top speed, a famous game appearance or another verified fact, then country of origin.

GUESS THE PERSON
Identify historical and contemporary people in 3 guesses. Wrong answers open easier clues; sources appear after the round.
GUESS THE COUNTRY
Find the country in 5 guesses. Start with a fact; wrong answers unlock location, a population range, an animal fact and a religious-identity estimate. The clues change when the same country returns.
